David Hutchinson (President) served 18 years on the State College Area School Board. He also was active with the PA School Boards Association, the Public Issues Forum of Centre County, and Commonwealth Education Blueprint. David hosts a podcast: The Discomfort Zone online and on The Lion 90.7 FM radio station at Penn State.
Vicki Fong (Vice President) is a longtime volunteer leader who has worked on civics, redevelopment, elections, and affordable housing initiatives. She was honored as the 2021 Rose Cologne Volunteer of the Year.
Celeste Alfieri (Secretary) is an educator with the Downingtown School District in eastern PA and a longtime volunteer for Constitution Day Centre Celebration and the Penn State Great Valley Alumni Society.
David Panko is founder of Panko Wealth Management, and a volunteer leader with community nonprofits such as the Patton Township Business Association, Centre County Historical Society, and the Community Education program for the State College Area School District. He is a U.S. Army Veteran, serving in Berlin during the height of the Cold War.
Margie Swoboda is a retired teacher from the State College Area School District where she taught for over 35 years. She continues to dedicate her life to education by volunteering to help with the Constitution Day events and many other community initiatives. Margie was honored as the 2022 Rose Cologne Volunteer of the Year.
Mary Watson led a successful initiative to build the Arms for Peace Memorial honoring Pennsylvanians who died in Iraq and Afghanistan and all the members of their families. Mary serves on the Central PA ACLU Board of Directors. She was honored as 2020 Rose Cologne Volunteer of the Year.
Nancy Chiswick is a founding member and former President of the Child, Adult, and Family Psychological Center. She has been an active volunteer leader in many local, state, and national organizations. She was honored as 2024 Rose Cologne Volunteer of the Year (video)
Jim Leous currently serves on the State College Area School District board. He has been elected to the board for 12 years. Jim is a longtime civic and community volunteer and leader.
Wayne Litz was an active contributor to the 2020 Constitution Day videos, now available on the Constitution Day Centre YouTube Channel. Active in local property management, Wayne is a community volunteer throughout Centre and Mifflin counties. He was honored as the 2025 Rose Cologne Volunteer of the Year (video).
