Keith Bierly (President) is owner of Twin Avenues Consulting and Forefathers Book Shop, Rebersburg, PA.
His career in the judicial and legislative branches of PA state government spanned nearly 40 years. Keith has served on the boards of more than 40 non-profits.

Mary Watson (Vice President) led a successful initiative to build the Arms for Peace Memorial honoring Pennsylvanians who died in Iraq and Afghanistan and all the members of their families. The memorial is located in Pleasant Gap, Pa. A retired drug/alcohol counselor, Mary has been a long-time member of the Board of Directors of the Central PA chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union.

Vicki Fong (Vice President-Community Affairs) is a longtime volunteer leader who has worked on civics, redevelopment, and affordable housing initiatives. A retired strategic communications professional, she and her husband Greg Grieco live in State College.

Margie Swoboda (Secretary) is a retired teacher from the State College Area School District where she taught for over 35 years. She continues to dedicate her life to education by volunteering to help with the Constitution Day Centre celebration.

Greg Ferro is a presidential and constitutional historian. He teaches American History classes at retirement communities and resorts in the Mid-Atlantic states and North Carolina. Greg earned his doctorate from Penn State University.

Nancy Chiswick is a founding member and former President of the Child, Adult, and Family Psychological Center. She has been an active volunteer leader in many local, state, and national organizations.

A native of State College, Rick Garis is a retired State College Borough Police Officer and a longtime volunteer with many community organizations including the State Theatre, Railroad Club, and the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum in Reading, Pa., which hosts the annual WWII Air Weekend Show.

David Hutchinson is a 14-year veteran of the State College Area School Board. He is President-Elect of the Pa. School Board Association. His community involvement includes leadership roles with the Public Issues Forum of Centre County and the National School Climate Council, and the Commonwealth Education Blueprint.

John Kramer is professor emeritus of sociology and criminology at Penn State. His scholarship examines decision making in the criminal justice system and in particular decision making in the courts. He served as Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing and later, as Staff Director of U.S. Sentencing Commission.
